- Damaged
- If you recieve damaged merchandise, you must
contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We
will not be able to accept any claims that are
not filed withing this time period. Do not deduct
items from your invoice. We will either ship you a
replacement or credit your account.
- Undamaged
- If you wish to return an item or an order which
has been shipped to you in good condition, you will be
charged a 10% (of cost) restocking fee. The remainder
will be credited to your account. You will be
responsible for the return shipping cost.
