Placing Orders
Print out our order form and either:

  1. Use it as a worksheet then call in your order to our Toll Free number
    877-538-JADE (that's 5233).

Order Minimum
Opening order minimum is $150. We have no minimum reorder. If you feel your order is too small and you just don't know what else to get, call us and we'll help you find the items that will work best for your shop.
Return Policy
Damaged
If you recieve damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will not be able to accept any claims that are not filed withing this time period. Do not deduct items from your invoice. We will either ship you a replacement or credit your account.
Undamaged
If you wish to return an item or an order which has been shipped to you in good condition, you will be charged a 10% (of cost) restocking fee. The remainder will be credited to your account. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Establishing Credit
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless we have an approved credit sheet on file. All opening orders are shipped C.O.D. (or you can pay with a credit card, get those airline miles!) allowing us the time necessary to check references and establish credit for you. Remember, we are extending you credit as a courtesy. Please return the favor by paying promptly.
Past Due Invoices
Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% montly interest fee. Please pay your invoive within the 30 day alloted period or we will be foreced to ship your future orders C.O.D. Bounced checks are subject to a $15 service charge.

Any invoices that are not paid within 90 days will be turned over to our collection agency.
Price Changes
It is occasionally necessary for us to raise the price of an item and we will be happy to inform you of any price changes when consulted. With this in mind: Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes in this catalog go into effect as of January 1, 2002.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Second day air is available on request. All shipping charges will be paid by the recipient. Minimal handling charges are sometimes incurred. If you are interested in an estimated shipping charge we will happily oblige you.
Each item is crafted by hand, making every piece unique. Small variations in color and detail may occur.
